lcd monitor repair

For some people repairing LCD is just for expert, but tottaly different with my experience. Well for your information, I have internet cybercafe here in my city, two months ago this tragedy happen. Five of my cyber cafe LCD monitor was blank, Have Power But No Display, Annoying Rainbow Display, Half the screen is green, and the other suddenly the monitor went crazy. I was shocked it must be from the electricity, but it was just too late.

Actually I have little experience in repairing electronic stuff such as radio, but never for lcd monitor. I was very desperate, and thingking myself for couple of hour, if I call the lcd technical men, how many cost do I have to spent for five different problems?, Oh gosh..
